About EDR Construction
EDR stands for Everything Done Right.
We came up as superintendents with a general contractor, helping build H-E-B stores across Texas. That commercial grind taught us how jobs actually get done — schedule, crew, inspections, and a finished product that holds up. When we spread our wings, we chose concrete as the base to start our own company in 2019.
We learned the commercial side first: foundations, parking lots, and larger pours. From there we moved into residential work, building outdoor living spaces people actually use — patios, stamped and colored concrete, driveway upgrades, patio covers, and custom backyard builds. We still take on commercial work and custom outdoor living projects across San Antonio, New Braunfels, Cibolo, Schertz, and the surrounding Hill Country.
Locally owned. Fully insured. We handle HOA and city permits. Same team from the first walkthrough to the last finish.
Show up. Communicate. Pour it right. Stand behind it.
If you’re planning a slab, a patio, a driveway, or a full outdoor living space, get a free quote. We’ll tell you straight what it takes and what it costs.

"EDR construction came through for us big time! We had a bad experience with another contractor leaving us in the middle of a job and EDR came and finished the job within weeks of our first meeting. I am so thankful to have found them and absolutely love the job they did!"
